Easier Sacks:
This is more of a hint. On defence, for most teams go to 4-3 formation and chose Man Lock. When you get to the line choose to right outside linebacker. Bring him up to the line so he gets in a stance. Press R1 to call an audible for bump and run. When the QB says hike run after him and if anyone is blocking press L1 for the swim move. This works for me most the time. I usually get over 10 sacks a game
More easy sacks:
On defence, choose 4-3 formation, and the Weak Zone play. Get your ROLB (should be standing in the middle of the formation), and bring him behind, and to the left of your far left defensive lineman. When the QB hikes the ball, the Offensive lineman will push your defensive lineman to the left to try to cover two guys at once, but if you use your ROLB to run at a diagonal-down-and-to-the-right, you`ll sack them everytime. It only works 2/3 times if the running back is being used as a blocker. I have pulled 16 sacks in one game from this one play
